Conditions include: Mild to Moderate Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, Upper and Lower Extremity Injury, Brachial Plexus Injury, Mild to Moderate Burns, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Chronic Pain.

If the injured individual was able to work at the time of the injury, but since the injury is unable to do the same type of work for the same amount of time, then both a Vocational Loss of Earnings Capacity Assessment and a Present Value Assessment of Loss of Earnings are typically utilized
