Dr. Schwartz is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician and Certified Life Care Planner with over three decades of clinical experience treating traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations, spine trauma, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Based in Tampa Bay, Florida, he provides expert witness services and comprehensive life care planning for personal injury cases nationwide.
Dr. Schwartz completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Emory University, where he served as Chief Resident, and received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. He maintains active clinical practice as President of the Clearwater Division of Florida Orthopaedic Institute, while holding staff appointments at Morton Plant/Mease Hospitals and Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital.
