Dr. Kesler is a board-certified Neurologist, board-certified Sleep Medicine Specialist, and Certified Life Care Planner with over two decades of experience in neurological evaluation, sleep disorders, and disability assessment. Based in Pensacola, Florida, he provides expert witness services and comprehensive life care plans for personal injury cases nationwide.

Dr. Kesler serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology and Sleep Medicine at the Florida State University College of Medicine. He has also held leadership roles as Chairman of the Department of Neurology and Director of Sleep Medicine Programs. He continues to practice actively in both clinical neurology and sleep medicine while contributing to disability evaluations and complex medical reviews.

He has served as a testifying expert in legal matters involving stroke, traumatic brain injury, sleep-related impairment, neurological conditions, and complex disability claims. His life care plans and expert opinions are grounded in clinical evidence, up-to-date diagnostic standards, and decades of hands-on neurological care.

An active contributor to the medical literature, Dr. Kesler’s work has been published in peer-reviewed journals on topics including stroke, aneurysm rupture, sleep disorders, and Chiari malformations. He has also participated as a co-investigator in clinical trials exploring treatments for Alzheimer’s disease and acute stroke.

Dr. Kesler’s medico-legal services emphasize clarity, objectivity, and consistency with contemporary neurological and sleep medicine guidelines. He serves both plaintiff and defense counsel in state and federal litigation.
