The Account Specialist is a hybrid role at the intersection of marketing and sales, focused on expanding LCPMD’s brand visibility, managing new client relationships, and driving lead generation at industry events and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-facing position, enjoys strategic outreach, and is comfortable traveling to represent LCPMD at conferences and client engagements.

Travel Requirement:


This role requires regular travel (up to 25–40%) to attend legal conferences, industry expos, and client engagements across the U.S. Candidates must be comfortable supporting management of event logistics and representing the company in both formal and informal networking environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the research, booking, and coordination logistics for conferences and association events, including registration, travel, booth materials, and on-site branding

  • Attend events as an LCPMD representative, engaging with attorneys and prospects to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads

  • Plan and attend office-level visits at law firms, coordinating 1:1 meetings with attorneys, client dinners, lunches, and in-office presentations

  • Represent LCPMD in partner-level meetings to introduce services, build strategic trust, and uncover high-value case opportunities

  • Continue active engagement in national and regional trial lawyer associations

  • Maintain memberships and active engagement in national and regional trial lawyer associations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new attorney accounts, managing onboarding touchpoints, and guiding them into LCPMD's consultative workflow

  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to identify and engage prospective attorney clients

  • Qualify inbound leads based on fit and service need, then route appropriately to Case Managers for intake

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, referrals, and pipeline status in HubSpot or equivalent CRM

  • Support the development of branded materials and coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing messaging across platforms

  • Track performance metrics (e.g., meetings set, leads converted, event ROI) and adapt outreach strategies based on results

  • Provide field-based insights from conferences and client conversations to improve future messaging, collateral, and service positioning 

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or account management roles—preferably in legal services, professional services, or B2B environments

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with professional and attorney audiences

  • Proven experience managing or attending trade shows, conferences, and field marketing events

  • Demonstrated success engaging at the firm level—including office visits, dinners, 1:1 meetings with attorneys, and strategic conversations with partners or decision-makers

  • Self-starter with strong project and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and event tools.

  • Ability to travel regularly within the U.S., including occasional weekends 

Success Metrics:

  • Number of new attorney accounts activated per quarter

  • Meetings and leads generated per conference attended

  • Outreach volume and conversion rates (calls, emails, connects)

  • Clean and current CRM data.Number of high-quality, in-person law firm engagements per quarter (e.g., office visits, partner meetings, attorney dinners)

  • Contribution to new-business revenue growth and event ROI
