Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or workflow oversight in legal, healthcare, or consulting environments
Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven workflows with many moving parts
Demonstrated success in supporting or scaling a service-based organization
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Comfortable adapting quickly to new processes, tech platforms, and operational shifts
Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and remotely with dispersed teams
Experience with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace)
Bonus: Familiarity with legal case timelines, expert witness coordination, or clinical documentation workflows
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations related to case flow and expert report production across multiple disciplines
Track and ensure timely completion of case deliverables, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively
Drive process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and standardization across recurring workflows Improve and implement scalable systems and SOPs that can support rapid company growth without sacrificing quality
Oversee report quality control, ensuring outputs meet LCPMD standards and align with contractual obligations
Support onboarding and performance of employees and contractors, ensuring clarity on workflows, timelines, and expectations
Produce operational dashboards and reporting for leadership to monitor KPIs, turnaround times, and resource allocation
Lead regular operational check-ins to identify risks, plan resourcing, and continuously refine internal procedures
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, internal protocols, and service-level agreements
